FCBD® vocabulary—the word we use to describe our dance movements—becomes more complex as you learn. Our weekly 1-hour classes are taught as series and are designed to match your growing skills, starting with foundational movements in level 1 (beginner), which are necessary for the more intricate movements taught in level 2 (intermediate) and level 3 (advanced).
In level 1, you’ll learn groundwork concepts like our dance posture, formations, and how to play finger symbols as well as thirty foundational movements.
